There could be some good news about the Antonov An225 Mriya! We also take a look at how airspace closures have affected commercial aviation and the additional flight times for airlines like Finnair, Air Canada, and the impact it could have on Emirates. Additionally, due to sanctions on aircraft leased to Russian operators, lessors stare at a massive headache of extracting their aircraft out of Russia.
We also take a look at how Aeroflot 111 from Miami to Moscow entered Canadian airspace it shouldn't have.

The Russia Ukraine war is affecting the aviation industry and could continue to do so. From airspace closures (Ukraine closed its airspace today) and the Russian airspace is a vital link to flights to Asia, high jet fuel prices, aviation lessors being wary, the impact of titanium supply to the aerospace industry, there are a lot of factors. Potentially, this could also build a good business case for the Russian made Irkut MC21.

Why is the aviation industry excited for Valentine's Day? Where is the China-made ARJ21 flying outside of China (soon)? Is Kruger National Park actually getting an international flight from Frankfurt? How is the Peruvian fuel shortage affecting flights? How many laser strikes were directed at aircraft last year, and how do laser strikes affect commercial flights? How many unruly passengers were recorded last year? What are unruly passengers doing to commercial flights?
