On the surface, her life in Kent looked like the kind of story you’d scroll past on Instagram and smile at—gym selfies, university deadlines, group chats, and a hopeful swipe right on a dating app that seemed to finally deliver the kind of guy she’d been waiting for.

Friends say Molly did all the “right” things when that gut feeling turned to fear… yet, one ordinary day in 2017, in a public place where anyone should have been safe, the line between online obsession and real-world danger was crossed in a way no one close to her will ever forget.
