Hello - you did it. You found the WORLD'S GREATEST Podcast about video games. Welcome, we're glad to have you. If you were looking for us last week, well, we took a week off. Sorry about that. BUT, good news we're back this week! However, the topic...kind of sad-ish.  We regret to inform you that Google Stadia will be shutting it's doors forever on January 18, 2023. It seems everyone heard this news at the same time ish, and this does include developers that were on the platform - i.e. Ubisoft, Bungie.  We dissected the news of Stadia quite a bit and we all agreed the tech behind Stadia was not the reason it didn't "make it". We think it's more like the model for playing/access to/and buying games - it just didn't work. We think it missed software developed by and exclusive to Stadia.  Jon even stated Google should not have given up on it yet. For the most up to date news on Stadia and what you need to know (if you bought it) - I'd say check their official Twitter feed. We've seen it pretty active with news about this and even refunds to it's Pro members. The Twitch Chat was nice this week - good to see you all again.
