Pete McHugh - As followers of Jesus, we are called to war. Not war against people, but a spiritual war against the forces of darkness that attempt to come against the people of GOD establishing the Kingdom of GOD on the earth. Battles are meant to be expected, therefore fighting together as a community with the truth of the Word of GOD is important for us to understand. 

Sarah Hudson — This message is a wake-up call to a Church that has inadvertently elevated platform over presence and performance over intimacy. Rooted in the imagery of God as the jealous Bridegroom, it reveals His holy, burning love—a divine jealousy that passionately pursues the hearts of His people.

This is not a message of shame, but a call to return to our first love. The Bridegroom is near, and He is seeking a people prepared for Him—not through performance, but through deep, surrendered devotion.

Nartarsha Wisewould — This week Nartarsha explores the church, as the bride of Christ, preparing herself for His return. We are to keep our lamps burning— staying full of the Holy Spirit, remaining faithful to Jesus, and ready to shine His light to the world so that others may hear the invitation to 'come'.

This message explores the story of Mary and Martha through the lens of Revelation 22:17—“The Spirit and the Bride say, ‘Come.’” It invites us to see that God is forming a Church not through productivity but through proximity. In a world of distraction, busyness, and performance, Jesus calls His Bride back to the “one thing necessary”: intimacy with Him. Like Mary, we are invited to sit, listen, and receive. Like Martha, we are challenged to release anxiety and come back to presence. This is not just about a moment—it’s about becoming a people who embody a bridal love, responding to the Spirit’s call to communion.

GOD is inviting us into deeper levels of knowing Him. This requires us to see ourselves not

as a busy Church, but as a present bride. The Ekklesia or called out ones, are called by

name towards our Metaphorical Husband, Jesus. The ever-deepening waters of intimacy

are an invitation to know Him more - He calls us into the depths of knowing Him more. This

is a cry for intimacy - or ‘into-me-you-see’

- towards us, from Him, to know Him deeper, and

He to know us deeper too. This is reflected in Revelation 22:17 ’’The Spirit and the bride

say, “Come!”’.

What does it really mean to be the Church - not just attend one? This message explores the deep identity of the Church through the lens of Scripture's most intimate metaphor: The Bride. Drawing from both Old and New Testaments and culminating at Revelation’s vision of a restored creation, we are invited to rediscover the Church not as a building or event, but as the beloved of Christ - called out, longed for and destined for union. It’s a call to awaken our deepest desires and embrace God’s desire for us. This isn’t about doing more - it’s about being known, loved and transformed.

It is about entering into the place deep within us where the Holy Spirit dwells. It’s about recognising His movement within us. It’s about articulating Him as Comforter, Advocate, Counsellor, Teacher and Friend. It’s about finding Him in a place of communion as He calls us home. It’s about discerning Him in the ordinary moments and recognising His still small voice. It’s about Him leading us through places of wilderness and waiting, and understanding the mystery inherent with our union with Him and with the triune God. Today is a day of thanksgiving and worship unto the Holy Spirit for who He is, His continual engagement with us, His presence and His power. 

We are the handiwork of God, created in Christ to do good—Salvation is a gift of God and cannot be earned.

Christy McHugh– Christy finishes our Justice series looking at how conversations about justice can get murky and muddy at times, mainly because there are many different drivers and values that impact what it is we mean by the word justice. As ones who follow the ways of Jesus, where we are seeking his Kingdom, his rule and his reign - we want our picture of justice to be undergirded by what he says Justice is, not by what culture says justice should be.

Righteousness and Justice are inextricably linked. We can not understand one without the other. Righteousness is right relatedness, justice is the action taken to restore right relatedness. God is a relational God and there are 4 core relationships that were impacted by the fall, our relationship with God, self, others and creation. So justice is the action taken to restore these 4 relationships back into wholeness, into alignment, into right relatedness.

Maurice Benington — This week, we retell the stories of God's work amongst us to remember His goodness and to observe our continuation of the outworking of His goodness to those we currently walk with. The streams of living water that flow out of us who believe need to go somewhere.
