It's no secret that the vast majority of college campuses are filled with radical liberal ideologies promoting Humanism and Marxism, and worldviews contradictory to the Bible. With each passing year, we see our young people being indoctrinated more and more into lies and false teachings that steer them and our nation away from God and biblical morality. This has been going on for decades, and as these young people assume the mantle of leadership in our nation and churches, who knows what the future might hold?

Fortunately, there are committed Christians doing what they can to help university students see the light and truth of Jesus Christ. We speak with two of those believers today, Devin and Melissa Pellew of Ratio Christi Ministries. They are Directors at Ratio Christi's Winthrop University Chapter, spreading the gospel on campus and helping Christian students maintain a biblical worldview through apologetics.

Have you ever thought about how you would react if suddenly you or your family were threatened, demanding you to deny your allegiance to Jesus Christ? And if you're thinking to yourself, "I would never do that, no matter what," remember the Apostle Peter said the same thing - and then cowered.

Today, Mike and David talk with a man who was confronted with that horror. Bishop Pervaiz Joseph, a Christian leader from Pakistan who had a good relationship with government leaders there. He was able to share the gospel freely until he was falsely accused of a crime, kidnapped, tortured, and his family was forced to flee to Sri Lanka and eventually to the U.S. His story became known by Voice of the Martyrs.

He started Bishop Joseph Ministries International in December 2016, a non-profit organization, working with people around the globe uplifting communities and spreading a message of Hope, Peace and Love. Joseph, along with his family moved to the United States of America after facing religious persecution in his homeland and stayed in exile for a little over four years. They now run a local Church in affiliation with the Foursquare Missions and connect, build and uplift communities around the world by organizing mission trips, conferences and seminars within various states and worldwide.

In our final segment, we look at a chilling commentary on how youth are being brainwashed and indoctrinated into socialism and atheism by social media giants like Google, Facebook and Twitter.

There will always be conspiracy theories in every day life. Back in the 1960s there was talk of a "shadow government" that really set the agenda and pulled the strings of government officials, doing the bidding of power hungry globalists. These theories were widely dismissed.

But is the 'Shadow Government" a reality, and if so, what would it mean for Christians in America? Could it threaten our freedom to worship God and share His Word? Could it one day force us to worship government instead of God, like in Marxist nations?

Author and Pastor Carl Gallups joins us to share his research and thoughts. We will also discuss the strange journey of Pastor Andy Stanley, who has said increasingly provocative things about the Bible over the past couple years. Has Stanley left the camp of solid Evangelical Christianity?

You would be hard pressed to remember a time when world leaders faced such a series of important decisions that could lead to world wide war or calamity. Here are just a few things to consider: increased attacks against Israel by Hamas, an Iranian regime developing nuclear weapons; Russia is entrenched in Syria with an eye on Israel; Islam is sweeping across Europe and Asia; and Western nations are arguing about trade and tariffs which could lead to economic turmoil.

All of this is set against the background of Bible prophecy and is happening at a time when the 'professing' Christian Church in America and Europe seems to be floundering due in part to apathy, heresy, and an ecumenical movement that puts unity and peace above truth.

This week, a crucial summit is taking place between President Trump and North Korea's Kim Jong Un spurred on by the president's tough rhetoric against North Korea. Without God's word as our anchor of hope, we could easily get depressed. But His word is truth and His promises everlasting. Gary Kah of Hope For the World has studied and written about the coming one world government and religion, and joins us to put all this into proper context and perspective.

This morning, Mike and David cover a couple of stories pointing to continuing compromise of the Gospel and word of God in a growing number of churches under the guise of "love." We look at a United Methodist Church hosting Muslims for a Ramadan Dinner for Muslims, and a gathering of pastors and church leaders trying to figure out how homosexuality fits into biblical Christianity.

In our first segment, we check in with Julaine Appling of Wisconsin Family Council to see what is happening on the pro-life and pro-family front in Madison and around the state. We look at new research from Barna that discusses the views of Americans concerning the direction of our nation including 77% of people surveyed who say we are heading in the wrong direction morally and culturally.

Jack Phillips was victorious in his argument in front of the Supreme Court and we praise God for the outcome. But this morning we will examine how the Court stopped far short of assuring Christians that their religious conscience would be protected. There are some warning signs that Monday's victory, while important to Phillips, might not be significant in the big picture. The battle was not won Monday; In fact, the ruling may have signaled SCOTUS is not prepared to guarantee people freedom of religious conscience that their rights will be protected.

In our first segment, we are joined by Tina Marie Griffin, "Counter Culture Mom" to look at the serious challenges parents face in raising their children morally with the impact of Hollywood, secular music and video games all around them.

Jack Phillips, the Colorado cake baker, won his appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court yesterday in a 7-2 ruling some are calling "narrow." Phillips was fined and nearly put out of business by the State of Colorado for refusing to use his artistic abilities to produce a wedding cake for a homosexual couple. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in his favor and chastised the State of Colorado for its mocking of his Christian faith.

But was this a "landmark" decision that will have long term impact or a limited ruling that leaves more questions than answers? We'll discuss this with Dave Wager of Nicolet Bible Institute and Silver Birch Ranch. We will also talk about things that differentiate true Christians from the world - including how we handle life's trials and troubles.

A few years ago I received a phone call from someone asking for prayer because he thought Satan was really attacking him. When I asked what was going on he told me his boss was threatening to fire him because he had received three speeding tickets while driving one of the company's trucks. I lovingly told him it was not Satan attacking him, but rather his own careless decisions that were leading to problems.

Sometimes we want to blame spiritual warfare for consequences to our own stupid decisions. But it is equally dangerous to underestimate the actual spiritual warfare the Bible warns us about which is the majority of modern Christians. Satan and warfare is real and God has much to say about it.
