In this episode of Stand Up! Bryce reflects on his journey as a comedian and entrepreneur, sharing his insights on the challenges of balancing multiple roles.
He emphasizes the importance of not just sharing your story on social media but doing it in a compelling and deliberate way. He advises against "smelling your own farts" and suggests that we approach social media as guides, helping others on their journey, rather than heroes trying to save the day.
Bryce also discusses the power of being a comedian and how humor can uplift and entertain while delivering valuable insights.

Have you ever enjoyed the effects of what's known as breath work? It's a deliberate rhythmic breathing technique that hyper-oxygenates your body and creates incredible breakthrough moments for your mind, body and spirit.
In this episode we welcomed Jen Coles (that_breathwork_girl on IG) in studio to talk about her journey that ultimately led her to become a Holotropic breath work facilitator. She guides both individuals and larger groups through sessions that are potentially life-changing. Any skepticism about breath work is met with a simple "You should just try it and see for yourself."
This conversion was an insightful look into both what it takes to be a facilitator and what it's like to experience breath work yourself.

Over the years I've had great feedback when I've told stories.
So, in this episode we had Producer Conn off camera asking me questions that lead to this impromptu conversation.

Jason Haugen joined me on this episode on Stand Up! and discussed among other things growing up in the shadows of his parents. Randy and Valerie Haugen were monumentally successful in AmWay from 1982 until 2008. One might thing that with such affluent parents he'd have enjoyed the same lifestyle as a kid.
It's not what you think.
As a successful entrepreneur in his own right, Jason is the owner of Haugen RV Group which currently includes 9 different RV dealerships throughout the country. He owns restaurants and other developments as well. Hearing his perspective on life, wealth, growth, politics, social challenges, racism and more was a truly entertaining. Tune in and let us know which part was most interesting.

Such and interesting conversation this week.
I welcomed Felicia Marie on the podcast. She's a certified hypnotherapist that focuses on identifying and releasing trauma in the body.
We discuss physical imbalances, the dichotomy of the masculine and feminine and how it all goes back to our memories and the value we give to them.
I wish I could describe how well this show went, but you'll just have to listen.

I returned to Dana Point, CA this past weekend and had a massive breakthrough re: how I see myself and what that means for me as a man.
I participated in a somatic breath work session facilitated by Jen Coles (that_breahwork_girl on IG) and it created the experience of having a vision. I share those details on this episode as well as the hierarchy of how to create behavioral change for you via your identity.
Also, you're a song. So there's that. Please subscribe and share with your tribe!

Do you know who you are?
Do you know why you matter, are how worthy you are of your ultimate success?
If you don't, it's okay. You're one of many who lacks a true and accurate sense of self.
And on the episode we discuss it.
Also, sobriety has been something I've toyed with over the last 6 months but as of the new year I decided to fully commit. Almost immediately after making that decision I started feeling extremely uncomfortable symptoms that lead to one of the most wicked head colds of the last 10 years. I share my experience as I learned it could be caused by something known as ascension sickness after having made the decision to be fully sober.
