On this weeks episode of East and West, we rejoin the RHOBH in Saint Lucia, where things are once again, going south for our Southern Belle. And as we all know, boat rides and Housewives are not the best mix.  Over in the actual South, the RHOA are still at Shamea's party where Porsha tells Drew she is a "lowdown, dirty individual" and Drew does her best, "who me?" act.
