Remember, there are no, or right answers. Your journal is just for you to see, so you may answer in any way you like, however you like. You may even choose to not journal at all if you aren't ready for this step yet.
You can answer these questions daily if you like or you can think about them during the week and journal about them after you have completed your Sunday meditation.
What does it mean to me to be a confident person?

The last question brings us to our new journey. Learning to rewrite our story so we can obtain our goals.
In order to get where you are going, you usually use a map. To figure out how to get somewhere you need to know where you are starting from.
This week, we will briefly write our life stories. Just write it in a few pages, you can write about significant events, people you met, Struggles, losses, and wins. Include where you have lived, where you have traveled, and what jobs you have held. ‘
This will give you an idea, of where you are starting your journey, so you will know how best to get to where you are wanting to go to.
