The Veteran’s day Monday show blows the roof off the bar with a hilarious start, guest starring Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie! It’s all uphill from there as big topics are discussed, laughter is coaxed from the crevices of daily life, and the boys (including J. Holiday) discover they were all at Austin City Limits Live over the previous weekend. Tales of music and concerts (along with General Admission etiquette) are discussed until in Act 2, Tommy finally shares the full story of the infamous Pounding of the Parrothead, which being full circleish, also took place at the ACL venue. There’s even more good times and stories that count in this very special live concert oriented episode that is not to be missed!

1 year:2 hours of ST WOW reflections, looking ahead, and bold conversations such as taking a last minute Margaritaville cruise (Colin), starting the week off wrong in myriad ways (Tommy), Colin’s new beard (an Amish Chin Strap) and Tommy finally reveals the Top 10 list of what the show is about! Long-time audience of one and regular guest J. Holiday sits in as the guest for round 2 with his tales of life and music and Fort Worthington calls in right on time to order some wings. There’s countless laughs and a nice dose of nostalgia along with a whole lot more as the biggest of big questions (the biggie) is asked: could this all be just the tip of another great year to come? Or could this be the last episode ever?????? 😬

It’s another great show from the corner bar with some topics on the fly such as “liking” on social media, some ultimate vulnerability, listening to the show and the spirit rising effects of an episode drop and how that relates to the loneliness epidemic. Tommy talks an upcoming gig and Colin makes a big announcement about his new gig just before Fort Worthington calls in with his Leon Musk story and we meet not one but two great guests in the form of Kevin and Dmitri who add some great substance to the show with their own stories about guitars, art, and even depression that all really digs deep into the what of it all, the culmination thereof which ends with some always needed Hope.  All this and whole lot more on this installment of ST WOW!

Back in stride a the corner bar with another amazing episode, and one in this case that turns into a 4 microphone, 2 guest party.

Some topics include the loneliness epidemic, laughsturbation, other podcasts of interest, the sad Dave Grohl situation, and Tommy’s meeting and interaction with social media influencer The Liver King is truly a story that counts!

Then a full 68 pound cannonball fires from the starboard rail as 2 wonderful guests, Valarie, and ST WOW theme song composer, Stephen. It’s like somebody turned on the delight switch as the show builds from a convo to a party in real time!

By the time Fort Worthington calls in to order some wings, this episode rolls hits full steam rather mightily from
a high-top table with a laugh-fest soundtrack that rides its own wave towards a perfect conclusion.  All this and more on ST WOW!

Tommy and Colin slide into this Monday by really examining bad days and specifically the Monday bad day. Then Fort Worthington calls in for an order of wings and some over-sharing story time. Additional topics include, but are not limited to, playing the victim card, audio compression(!), clean and dirty pool, a
Hulu hoop metaphor anyone can enjoy and eventually and aserious discussion about an episode of the Mel Robbin’s podcast (future guest of the show?) that really digs into the heart of things that matter. What else is there?  Grab your biggest soup spoon for a bowl of plenty and warm right up with this special after school special episode of ST WOW!
