Just as all of us want to have good personal hygiene, we should all have good mental and emotional hygiene. When looked at it in these terms, every one of us can take steps to improve our mental wellness.

Her mission is to create a global technology platform for premium fashion and Art, connecting creators, curators, and consumers from Africa to the world.

She is also the Creative/Artist Director for ADM PROJECTS, a sustainable and artisan-driven fashion brand, made in Africa. She has a passion to create and uses this platform to empower and improve the standard of living of artisans through raw hand paintings done on designed clothing that are sold across the world. 

She founded BrandBox Africa in 2019 a Tech company that is impacting businesses using digital solutions.

Joining me on today’s episode is the newly appointed President of the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN) Steve Babaeko, an advertising and music executive, founder of X3M Ideas, a Lagos - based digital advertising agency that was listed in 2017 as "one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing communication agencies.

Steve is also the founder & CEO of X3M Music, a record label that has talent such as Nigerian singer-songwriter Simi.

He was on the 2018 jury of the New York Advertising Festival where he was a keynote speaker. He began his career in advertising back in 1995 with MC & A Saatchi & Saatchi, Prima Garnet &, 141 Worldwide, garnishing an impressive 22 years experience before he subsequently left in 2012 to set up X3M Ideas.

It is a hard thing to admit when your business is up against challenges out of your control. It is even harder to accept that to paying customers. Very often, the hard thing to do and the right thing to do are one of the same things. Informing your customers that you are having challenges can be indeed off-putting for some. After all, no one likes to use a service or product that doesn’t work.

 

However by keeping your customers informed about a problem you are proactively showing them that you are aware there’s an issue, and you are not afraid to take full responsibility but Aso that you are doing everything in your power to resolve it.

The founder and CEO of WILLCO Nigeria, a client-centric property servicing company that provides a broad range of cost-effective management solutions to a variety of clients in the commercial, industrial, and residential space.
