As we approach the holiday season, it's also a time to be mindful about other people in your world. There can be extra pressure to appear festive and be jolly. This can be challenging for people who may have experienced loss, or who are dealing with other challenging situations in their lives. And, in particular, holidays can be difficult for anyone who has lost a loved one due to suicide. Tomorrow, Nov. 23rd, is Survivor Day, which is a day that commemorates survivors of people who have committed suicide. In this episode of Financial Fridays, Coach Colette shares some suggestions on how we can mindfully interact with each other during this holiday season, as well as some guidance to navigate the holidays for those of you who personally may be dealing with grief or sadness. You'll also hear insights from financial advisor, Sukhtej Singh about how taking care of your physical wellbeing can affect your financial wellbeing.
