Ever wonder why Circadian rhythms matter or why routines have a significant impact on us? Simple, God is a God of order. Living a life of pattern and rhythm is our way of coming into agreement with Him and His creation.
Over several decades, I have learned a lack of routine can result in chaos; in turn, healthy rhythms have a positive impact on my life. It has taken me some time to recognize these patterns. Honestly, I don’t always have them down perfectly, but I’ve found some helpful ways to improve the day-to-day, and I’m so excited to share them with you!
By living with the intentional formation of good rhythms in our lives, we cultivate a peaceful, life-giving, and helpful environment for ourselves and those we love. In this episode, we will talk about how to start your day spiritually, physically, and soulfully and end your day well.
