You don’t always have to start from nothing to build something great. Sometimes leaving a legacy means taking something that already exists, and taking it to the next level. You can build your vision without starting from scratch. But it takes initiative. If you only accept the responsibilities you are given, if you just go with the flow, you will never leave a mark.
