If you don't like someone its good to talk about and belittle them.  It keeps you in check from behaving the same way.  Not really sure if this is good advice???

Yes its true! Pat tells a story about an accident in his pants. Pat enjoys isolation and often identifies as a den animal.  Hiding from the social predators, aka annoying people.  He contradicts himself later saying he wants more routine check-ins with people.  But it all ties together nicely with a positive message.
