Let's talk boundaries babyyy!
Who is ready for another Jamie and Steph adventure, come on.. we know you can hardly wait!
Boundaries can come in all different varieties but, more often than not they are set because a relationship is not operating in a healthy manner.
Sometimes we also need to set better boundaries with ourselves so we are taken care of or our goals are met.
As a reminder Jamie and Steph have some serious potty mouths and well.. we really aren't sorry about it.
However we will warn you that we usually talk about some really sensitive topics so this is your trigger warning because in this episode we do talk about rape, sudden loss and grief.
Make sure to follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Maybe get a peek into our everyday lives!
We would love to hear from you, leave us a review!
As always Stay Wild.

Welcome back to part two of the discussion of finding Compassion in the Chaos.
Throughout life we all have beliefs we are stuck on until, life throws us a curve ball that totally changes that perspective.
Opens our eyes to a whole new way of thinking or giving us an inside look to something we maybe had truly not had enough information about to form our once solid opinion.
There is no shame in changing your mind about the way you once thought.
That is called growing as a person and it is highly recommended and, especially encouraged around here!
knowledge is power and the choice is always yours to become more educated on something to gain a better understanding.
As always... we thank you for your support!
If you have sensitive ears for colorful vocabulary, you will want to skip our podcast all together (sorry, not sorry)
Also we talk about some really heavy topics so this is your Trigger Warning that we discuss, domestic violence, mental health, murder, sudden loss grief and any other curve ball life decides to throw our way!
We love you!
Stay Wild,
Jamie & Steph

We're back at it again!
This week we are talking about finding Compassion for others while on your own healing journey. As time goes on and you start peeling away at your own layers it brings light to why others may be the way they are. Why certain situations have happened in your relationships and how they had been handled. As always while on your healing journey it is important to show compassion for yourself as well.
As always remember we talk about some heavy stuff so here is your trigger warning that we talk about murder, sudden loss, grief, domestic violence, mental health and any other shit show the universe decides to throw our way, oh and we swear like sailors so be aware.

We are back at it again, thank you for join us for another episode!
This is another amazing episode..if we do say so ourselves! haha
But, seriously if you know us, we are way more humble than that, still can't believe people listen to us ramble for a minimum of an hour.. so grateful that you do <3
This weeks episode is all about Trust and we felt it was an important follow up to Forgiveness as, they really go hand in hand.
Trust is something that can be difficult to earn but, too easy to break.
We are sharing some of our personal stories about lost trust that has been rebuilt, learning to trust ourselves through different phases of our lives and how sometimes we trust too easily.
Learning to trust others and yourself takes time, show yourself grace and work on not being so hard on yourself.
In time you will get there.
We love you!

We'd love to hear from you, send us a text!
Now, lets see if we find out about the cranky old man..
Part two of our Forgiveness discussion, forgiving yourself.
In our opinion this is the most important part of your healing journey. Without being able to forgive yourself you will hold on to things that you no longer need to, things that should of been dead and buried a long time ago.
Set yourself free and allow yourself to be forgiven.
We definitely say it in a more colorful fashion in this episode so if you don't like hearing the f bomb.. press skip!
Also we will be talking about areas in our lives that cover sensitive topics so this is your trigger warning that we will be talking about murder, domestic violence, abuse, sudden loss, divorce and areas of mental health.
Be good to yourselves and remember you are worthy of good things in your lives.
We love you!
Stay Wild.

Hi and welcome to the shit show!
After an unimaginable series of truly life…
Our mission is to create a platform where people have a place to:
🌒 Feel seen
🌒 Grieve
🌒 Feel supported
🌒 Find laughter in the dark moments
🌒 Feel understood
🌒 Safely explore their trauma without judgment
🌒 Feel accepted
🌒 Celebrate the tiny victories
🌒 NOT feel 'behind' or broken
We want our listeners to feel normal in the abnormal and to give a voice to the unheard.
And as with any walk of life, the mission has evolved a bit since we have started. Don’t you worry, we are still committed to sharing the raw details of our healing journeys in the most authentic and humorous of ways. But now, we finally feel confident enough to start giving you new information, recommendations and resources that we’ve found along this emotional expedition! 🤗
Que drumroll for Season 2:
✨ The Demolition Diaries ✨
In this season, we will be heavily focused on both learning about and deconstructing the dozens of different psychological theories and breakdowns surrounding wounds, traumas, triggers and the maladaptive behaviors that we develop as non-constructive coping mechanisms.
⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING⚠️
We will be covering things such as (but not limited to) mental/emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, divorce, co-parenting, mental disorders, neurological disorders, sudden loss, addiction, loving someone who’s an addict, guiding your children through trauma and loss etc.
We are frequently checking in with each other to make sure that we are staying true to our tagline that’s been with us since day one.
“Learn
WITH us, not FROM us.”
We are not doctors or professionals and we most certainly don’t have all the answers (yet! 😉). But we DO feel that it is vital to provide real people (going through very real and very human experiences) with an honest, raw and relatable source to grow WITH.
Lastly and most importantly...
our biggest hope is that while exploring the many facets of life, liberty and LITERALLY the many different pursuits of happiness... we can help your inner child both to remember and feel safe enough to find their wild again. ❤️
Xoxo
always,
Steph & Jaim
