To reach these clients, Becky relies on word of mouth referrals and also the fact that she is a well-vetted RE/MAX agent. She sponsors events, networking groups, and hosts annual client events. She also tracks her activities and stays on top of her goals with the help of a coach. Ensuring customers remain satisfied with their service is one of Becky’s hallmarks: she relies on their trust for their referral. Becky has found that cold-calling has not worked for her target market as people are potentially making the largest transaction of their life and do not want to rely on a stranger for that.
