Staying Sane In The Sober Game

Day 4 has gone well, but discussing the creeping head messages and the thoughts of how much endurance this journey will take. Dwelling on past mistakes is not the way, we need to accept that we may have messed up and now we can move on to brighter futures knowing that while we are fixing lingering sitautions from the past way of life, things are moving in a positve direction. I sense we will be getting more philosophical as time goes on

An addendum to today's podcast, as there was a turn for the much better! I had my first big test of sitting with people who were drinking and smoking for many hours. I had to get my warrior power out and battle with every bit of strength I had and...It worked! Phew!
