We are back! Covered in Auburn dust. We recap our experiences at Western States and discuss general takeaways on the elite and age group field.

Okay we really only talked about Western States but so what?! We talked about the conditions, interesting dynamics in the field this year, tips for crews and runners, and everything else! We also got on a soap box about how talented pro runners are. See you at States!!!!

The boys are back! And by boys we mean Adam and Sarah. We got a short episode in talking about some misplaced advice on spectating Western States as well as cautionary tales regarding weight loss concurrent with endurance training.

He's back! Addy the baddy. It had been too long. We had a good time catching up, discussing how trail running teams may evolve, working with athletes expectations of training, and even a Guy Fieri conspiracy theory

We got on the air this week to chat about all the various training camps, whether or not Nickelback is a good band (they are), the dangers of being labeled a "wizard" or "guru" and much more!

Sar-bear and Ferdy are at it again! We talked about everything and more, but most importantly, we had a good time.

This week we chat about the recent heat popping up across the US and how to navigate it with your training, races this weekend, how to crew with the right vibes, how we could be of use after the apocalypse and so much more!

We had a great time talking through the pros and cons of whether or not Western States should allow more pro/elite entries into the race and the different ways that could be accomplished. Other than that we talked about Disneyland and why we should all keep the joy alive as we take on new races!
