Steiny and Guru

Steiny & Guru both have or are having their children fly the coop. Warriors just let Klay go, but Curry is clearly still holding on. Golden State now has more franchise-altering decisions to make. The Athletic's National NBA writer Sam Amick helps us analyze them.

Hour 1 - Steiny & Guru begin the day with conversations surrounding the future of Stephen Curry, Jonathan Kuminga, and Moses Moody. Those three choices will dictate the direction of the season and future seasons.

Hour 2 - Steiny & Guru listen to Klay Thompson's first press conference as a Dallas Maverick and take a trip down memory lane. Especially because Steiny is feeling emotional that his kids are flying the coop, just like Klay.

Hour 3 - Steiny & Guru discuss the alternative paths the Warriors offseason could've gone down. Would they still be in the same place? The Athletic's National NBA writer Sam Amick helps us dig into the future... Of Stephen Curry.

Hour 4 - Steiny & Guru wonder how Joe Lacob is looking at this offseason whe he hasn't spoken publicly and the only story we have from him is about a silent round of golf with Klay Thompson.

Steiny & Guru discuss the infamous Riviera Golf Round between Klay Thompson and Joe Lacob and wonder if that was like the dinner meeting Draymond Green had with the owner a year prior. What went wrong?

Steiny & Guru chat with friend of the program, National NBA Writer at The Athletic Sam Amick about the Warriors offseason, his one-on-one with Stephen Curry, and how Curry's future will impact a few Warriors present contract situations.

Steiny & Guru debate whether or not the Warriors roster is better or as good as last season, as currently constructed. They've swapped out spare parts for others, but they're morphing into something competitive.

Steiny & Guru discuss the impact that Cade Cunningham's 5-year, $224 million max rookie deal has on the Warriors extension negotiations with Jonathan Kuminga.

Steiny & Guru discuss the next three decisions the Warriors HAVE to make this offseason on three players and their future in Golden State.
