Athletics coach Conrad Milton – who has coached Mo Farrah and Hayley Yelling amongst others – shares his views on what makes a good athlete and we catch up with swimmer Aimee Willmott, whose dream of becoming an Olympian is now a reality having recently secured her place on the GB Olympic swimming team with a silver at the British Championships.
