  • When Letting Go Feels Like Losing

This episode is a really honest one, because I’m right in the middle of a tough personal decision - whether or not to move across the country for the sake of my co-parenting situation.

It’s one of those moments where I have to ask myself, “Am I making this choice from fear or from faith?” And instead of speaking about it vaguely, I decided to share the raw truth in real time, because if sobriety has taught me anything, it’s to be honest.

I talk about what it means to trust spiritual guidance, especially when it feels like letting go might cost you something - your comfort, your relationships, your peace.

I reflect on the 12 Steps, especially steps one through three, and how they help me process not just sobriety, but life and big emotions.

This episode is a reminder that letting go isn’t losing - it’s choosing alignment over approval.

    Here are the highlights:

Spiritual Will vs. Personal Desire (1:51)

    Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous (3:49)

    Choosing Alignment Over Approval (5:56)

Steps for Making The Right Decisions (8:03)

  • Something I Heard At A Meeting

This episode was sparked by something simple I heard at a meeting - one of those lines that hits you right in the chest and sticks around.

It led me to reflect on how often fear feels real even when it’s not telling the truth.

So today I’m talking about what happens when we open the door to fear, what faith can offer us instead, and how we can start choosing differently - even if it’s just one thought at a time.

    Highlights:

(01:43) Fear knocked. Faith answered. No one was there

(04:08) When fear feels real but isn’t true

(06:22) Losing my dad and fearing I’d be next

(08:34) Faith is God’s will, fear is mine

(09:08) You can always choose again, even now

  • Remind Yourself Why You're Doing it

In this episode, I’m taking you back to my first 90 days of sobriety and sharing how I stayed grounded when no one else around me was changing.

I talk about the messy, raw, but beautiful early days and how I learned that choosing myself wasn’t selfish – it was necessary.

I share my three tools to remember your why when it feels hard, from micro rituals to micro actions that align you with the woman you’re becoming. I also dive into emotional honesty and why sobriety is never a punishment, but a path back to yourself.

If you’re feeling stuck, lost, or just need a reminder today that you’re worth prioritising, this one is for you.

  • Is Fear Holding you Back From Moving Forward in Your Life?

In this week's episode, I open up about the kind of fear that keeps us stuck - the perfectionist, overthinking, control-seeking fear that tells us we’re not ready. I’ve been feeling it deeply around launching a group coaching program, even though I know it’s needed.

I share how I moved through that fear - not by pushing it away, but by surrendering. I talk about how fear often masks old beliefs about not being enough, and how taking just one small step can create momentum.

Sometimes surrender is the bravest action we can take - and sometimes the action comes after we’ve truly let go.

If fear has been holding you back, this episode is your reminder: you’re not alone, and you don’t have to have it all figured out. Just take the next step.

    Here are the highlights:

Struggles with Fear in Coaching (2:19)

Surrendering to a Higher Power (6:31)

The Role of Beliefs in Fear (9:39)

Taking Micro Actions for Forward Motion (11:04)
