Lake Sunapee VNA and the Barn Playhouse are collaborating on an “Improv for Caregivers” workshop series at The Barn.  We talk about the concept of improv and how it relates to being a caregiver for Alzheimer's / dementia patients.  We also discuss the new expansion of The Barn, Sage's role and more.

Retired Chief Justice of the NH Supreme Court, John Broderick, joins me via zoom as we talk about his upcoming visit to Newport High School and the Old Courthouse to discuss mental health.  Justice Broderick tells his own personal story about how mental health issues rocked his family, and how it played out in a very public way.  He talks about how meaningful it is in his life to be able to talk to students about mental health, how important it is for society to hold bold conversations about it, warning signs we all should look for and much more.
