Brent is here in studio after getting very little sleep last night, and for the past few days.  He and his family went to see the Red Sox the night before and had a late night.  This was after going to see Bill Burr at Fenway Park a couple days before that, and also working at the Cornish Fair, during the over night hours, all weekend.  We talk about the game, the comedy show, how Cornish Fair went and other stuff also.

Justine Fafara, Library Director of the Richards Free Library, and Andrea Thorpe, past Director and with the Friends of the Richards Free Library, are here as we talk about the return of the Book Festival on Saturday August 27th from 9a - 3p on the lawn of the Richards Free Library.  We dicusss how great it is to have the Festival back, after a couple years of Covid, what people can expect, this being Justine's first Festival, the upcoming Hale Award, how Andrea is doing, and lots more.

Michael Hughes and Steve Blish dicuss the Blood Drive at the Claremont Senior Center, 5 Acer Heights Road, in Claremont, scheduled for Monday August 22, 2022 from Noon - 6pm in honor of Jaidyn Harlow, who is facing her battle with leukemia for the 3rd time since being diagnosed in 2019.  Steve talks about the Benefit Supper for Jaidyn at the American Legion in Claremont happening on September 30th.
