Kevin Onnela welcomed his second guest on, General Manager of The Anchorage at Sunapee Harbor - Haley Pavlick.  Haley discussed how business at The Anchorage has been before and during Covid 19.  We talked about being open during the winter, how business has changed now that restaurants are only open for take out, what next week looks like for the Anchorage (and other restaurants) once all are allowed to serve food on premise - but outside, how the food supply chain has become a challenge in the industry, and lots more.
