Catherine Bardier from New London Hospital is in studio talking about NLH's Healthy Weight & Wellness Series at Newport Health Center. The next 6 week class starts on October 11th, and residents can learn about nutrition, reading labels, myths of food, and lots more.

Mr Onnela is in studio talking about his barn party (Debby's annual birthday party) up at their home.  Steve went.  We talk about the food, band, and activities that happened up there.  He talks about living without power up at the mountain.  We talk about the NFL taking a knee, calling Budweiser telling them to pull advertising, and lots more.
