Stillman & Company

We continue some of the college football talk and play our celebrity birthday game.  ESPN CFB analyst Trevor Matich joins the show for his weekly visit talking college football and Titans.

We talk about some college football this hour as we begin with some of our favorite college football traditions.  How much has the transfer portal and NIL changed the landscape of the teams and how we watch?  What about the 12-team playoff this season and do we think it will produce a legit champ?  Who are our favorite sports analysts on TV these days?

Big Joe Dubin and Jill Jelnick are in for Jared once again today.  We open the show with a little fun and some celebrity run-ins around town.  We take a few calls.  James Young from Styx calls in as they are in town on Friday for a concert to talk some music and Chicago sports.

Former Titans HC and Nashville Kats admin Jeff Fisher joins Big Joe and Jill to share some thoughts on the Kats moving on in the playoffs, some thoughts on the college football landscape, and looking ahead to Titans training camp.  We react to Coach Fisher and wrap up with some more thoughts on Titans camp.

Who are some dark horse teams to keep an eye on this year in college football?  Which coaches might be on the hot seat?  Which is the loudest stadium you've ever seen in a game in?  What do we think about the over/under wins for the Vols this season?

We transition and talk some Titans this hour.  What are we expecting from Will Levis and he talked about working on his mechanics.  What about the WR corps this season and can they live up to the hype?  Where would you take your teammates for an offseason bonding trip?  We finish the hour with celebrity birthdays.

Big Joe Dubin and Jill Jelnick are in for Jared Stillman today.  We open the show talking the latest in college football.  Which games are we looking forward to the most this season?  How will the SEC look with Texas and Oklahoma?  We take your thoughts.

After free agency, how do the Preds stack up in the Western Conference?  Jared has his power rankings.  How much did we consider goaltending when figuring out the power rankings even though Jared has complained about the Saros deal.  How much influence can the 'serial winners' have on the rest of the roster?  We wrap up with some thoughts on the Lakers and Bronny.

GM Barry Trotz joined Willy and D Mase and talked more about their goalie situation moving forward.  What is the plan for Askarov?  Do we think the Preds made a mistake signing backup goalie Wedgewood to a 2 year deal and does that complicate things?  How are we feeling about the prospect pool for the Preds?  ESPN has their news mock draft and have the Titans picking 4th overall.

ESPN's Marcus Spears thinks the Titans are much improved this upcoming season.  If that's the case, how come so many people are picking them to be bad?  Will Levis said he working on his base and mechanics, what does that mean and how might it translate on the field?  What about Levis going into year 2 and Brian Hoyer had a comparison for Levis.  What about Derrick Henry and his fit with the Ravens?
