It becomes a distraction of unspoken items on our to-do list without us even being consciously aware of it.In this episode I address unpainted doors that I left sitting in my house undone for years, and how it felt to finally get to that project. What are those un-done projects doing to you emotionally? For me, everything that I pass that I haven't gotten back to yet is a silent to-do list, chanting to me.
