My guest today, Liz Bagwell, is here to tell us how we can stop burnout, combat the hustle culture mentality and avoid the overwhelm that seems to always be hiding behind every corner. Liz Bagwell is a wife, momma, a published scientist, ex-healthcare executive, Podcast host and coach. Rhythm Restoration & Co. is her company and it was born after spending decades working for her worth, outrunning her traumatic past, and living with severe depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. At 31, she became an executive for one of the largest healthcare organizations in the world. She rose to the top and found her purpose at rock bottom. After returning from medical leave for severe burnout, God revealed His Plan for her life and she left everything behind to pursue it. She is here to help you live a longer, healthier, happier life with science and scripture!
