This is the third episode in my 8-part series "Stop Wasting Your Health" where I expose the silent saboteurs that were slowly destroying my body and how I reclaimed my vitality.

I thought late-night snacks were harmless - yogurt before bed, popcorn during Netflix, protein shakes after the gym. The day I quit these toxic patterns - late-night eating, sugar addiction, fear of hunger, diet hopping, and ignoring electrolytes - everything changed. My sleep transformed, my energy stabilized, I lost 70 pounds, and I finally found freedom.
