Tobias visits the free Hork-Bajir and learns that their longterm goals do not necessarily align with those of the Animorphs. Then he and Rachel hitch a ride on the roof of a cop car. 

Will the Animorphs ever become more reluctant to kill Hork Bajir Controllers?  Is this the most hormonal book this far in the series? Does anyone refer to George Washington as a liberator? Can a bird be a little spoon? Is Farscape just store-brand Star Trek?
