The stories from sexual trauma can be many and varied I have learnt how to heal and rewrite those stories. I get to decide who I am. I will not allow sexual abuse to dictate my worth.

There are layers to shame. I worked through one layer and it as confronted by another that also had the potential to stop me from moving forward in the work I had promised to do.

The stories from sexual abuse have a powerful effect on us, those stories are lethal and can shape how we are as individuals and how we show up in the world.
