A match made in heaven. But not really. This was one of the most tricky stories we've had here on the Story Brigade, but ended up being one of the best! I mean seriously. The symbolism alone is so exciting!!!

"Barbie and the Great Despair"

This is it! THE SEASON FINALE of the first season of Story Brigade! But don't worry we've got an exciting live episode coming up soon and the start of season two!

Connor and I decided to do something a little different to wrap out this season - so we each came up with a genre/director/topic and brought it to the recording without the other person know anything about our pick and... well... it got weird. And great.

Well the wait is over as the Story Brigade answers that question for Quentin. We present Art Nation (there's a real special meaning behind that name - wait till you hear). This is Quentin Tarantino meets Rediscovering Childhood!

On this episode we have a great special guest, Gavin Berger! He's a jack of all trades and a wonderful person to have on the show - although he admits right out that he has not seen a ton of movies... including Tarantino.

Where to begin? Well, with our wonderful special guest Dima Dubodel! He's calling in all the way from Russia and even though he's never seen a Richard Curtis film he really pulls out all the stops on this one!

This is a special food episode - our guest, Katherine Crabtree is known for making full dinners based on movie recommendations. "Bullet in the Hand"

This is Connor's favorite episode. I'm not kidding! What an adventure! This is the kind of film you'd expect to see with your buddies on VHS at a sleepover.

This is Revenge Western meets Martial Arts! And we go way past where you'd expect this movie to go - inventing an all new Old West martial art!!! Check out Gun-Fu's first film, Bullet in the Hand.

"Buster Keaton's The Grand Adventure"

This one is action-packed! But also silent as a mouse! It's a good old fashioned Adventure film meets early film mastermind and stunt extraordinaire Buster Keaton!
