Both my uncle and grandmother passed in the same week almost a month ago. All I could think about was that I wanted to spend more time with both of them. I said I was going to and I had the opportunity to with my grandmother a little bit within the last few years. But the question remains, what was I doing this entire time? Is what I'm working on worth it if I'm missing opportunities to create memories with my family, or is the name of the game just to work until you drop? These are questions that aren't really spoken about much on social media or in the videography community but can shape the trajectory of the future of your career. Let's talk about it!

If success isn't defined by the number of hours we work, how do we know when to end the work week? It's difficult to say we've done enough in a week when the work continues to pile up or our minds continue to think that we need to do this one more thing before we can consider our week or business successful.
