What can we teach our kids when information is easily available? Knowledge vs Action: What's the importance and value of information and knowledge when they are easily available for everyone? You cannot differentiate yourself with knowledge alone anymore. How to put knowledge into action is the key. Look for information on how to execute and then put into action. Information itself has little value if it's not used.

Lead by example - everyone struggles sometimes, also me. So here I wanted to create a video but was tired and it was late. Many excuses available. But I did it, to show that it's these moments that really matter. Persistence is key if you have a bigger goal. I struggle with procrastination sometimes too but I know it and do the work anyways.

I tried to spread morning happiness at my office - this happened. I decided to shoulder pat a coworker in the morning and showed genuine happiness to see him and wished him a good morning. Something unexpected happened.
