How to ignore haters and negativity - haters back off

today i told somebody that i'm happy to see her and what she said is

not everybody thinks like that some people may think i'm an a-hole.

and here's what i said i said that is ok. it means that you follow your own beliefs you make up your own mind you take a stand for the things you believe in and that's why people who disagree with you, who don't share your opinion will, they think you're an a-h. and that doesn't matter you don't need everyone to agree and they certainly won't and if you have a different opinion that's what they think

you are don't mind what people think and here's what she said then

she said what if a friend of you tells you you're an a.h.? and i replied, i would listen, maybe he or she is right about that maybe there's something in it that i can learn from and then i would just lough about it of course depending on the tone i would lough about it tone is everything does the person really want to tell me something, did i really act like that and can i learn something from that to improve if it's just pure hate and not constructive at all i will just ignore and move on. ignore the haters. ignore negativity. avoid negativity. don't go into that, it's not worth your time. and then i probably wouldn't call them friend anymore spend your time with positive people instead and don't waste it on the people that don't like you and don't bring you any further spread the positivity in your life surround yourself with positivity and don't think so much about what others think

On my recent video on how to get things done, Lars asked me for advice how to get the harder things done. how to get started. and here is what I say first of all you have to visualize your goal why do you want to do the thing that you can't get started with? what's the goal? what is the reason and why is it so important for you to do it? and if that doesn't help if it still feels to big to even get started with it often helps to break it down into smaller pieces and if that is not enough break it down into even smaller pieces

Get things done when you don't feel like it. How to overcome the motivation struggle and what is the root cause. The productivity tips that really work.

Sometimes there is just so many things on your to do list, so many things to get done that you just can't start. It feels like a big mountain. It's so big you won't even start. Especially if the pressure is gone it may be hard to keep motivated and work hard. Have you ever experienced this?

SUCCESS or HAPPINESS, What is FIRST And More Important? The unexpected answer. Are you happy because of success or are you successful because you enjoy what you're doing? There also seems to be a conflict of joy and success. Often you do things you don't enjoy for future success. What is wrong with this? When do your body and mind work together to their full potential? Why are you afraid of pain and suffering? What is the difference between pain and suffering? What is stress really?

The One Thing Great Leaders Never Try To Be? Why?

The quote "Don't be an expert" got me thinking. In this video what the disadvantage is of trying to be an expert and how to overcome this to be a great leader and decision maker. It's not an excuse for lack of knowledge. How hard is it to lose weight and why do people struggle to live more healthy?

Now as you know I once weighted a lot more. Then I lost 25kg in only 4 months. Ever since, living healthy has been a priority topic of interest for me and a goal I pursue.

First of all, what does it mean to live healthy and happy? I think it's not only about weight but some other things that have to be right first.

Food, sports, and mindset work together to make you happy strong and healthy. This is the state we all should be in. Strong Happy and Healthy. This is how we are meant to be.

So, why do we overeat in the first place? Why are we so intrigued by the wrong foods? It is really more about what you eat than how much you eat.

I remember when I started my low carb diet, now almost 18 years ago, people believed that fatty food is bad. They said I'm crazy to go low carb diet. They believed it's a fad like pineapple diet. They kept saying they tried everything and nothing worked. Just an excuse in my opinion.

They believed it so hard and defended their believe because it was pushed to them in the media and in advertising that fat is the culprit, ultimately pushed by food industry in the background - like a puppet master. Instead people ate all the high carbs and high sugar "diet" products, they sell.

But low carb worked! For years now. It took the industry some time to adapt and now finally "low sugar" is a thing for them too.

Why eat all that artificial stuff? It should be easily comprehensible that the more natural a product is, the closer to it's original state, the better for us. We are built to consume unprocessed food.

You have to build good habits and beliefs to be more Healthy, Happy and Strong.

By habits I mean you have to change things for the good and apply them REGULARLY, e.g. if you plan to workout more, plan it - on your agenda and then do it regulary, same day, same time - every week. Don't even think about it anymore, just do it.

It also helps to do it with other people because then you support each other. E.g. go to the gym together.

It's so hard to lose weight, because your body will trigger emotions. Angryness, anxiety, food cravings. That makes it hard. And if you're stressed it's even harder. You have to get rid of stress and you can try to do this by adding routine to your everyday life.

Also, .. and this is BIG and very IMPORTANT! Don't put yourself down if you fail once. Instead celebrate your small successes. Be happy. Focus on what you did right, for example you also had a salad with your food. The path to big success is built by small successful baby steps.
