This morning I took my daughter for a healthy workout and run. it was actually the second time I took her running. She's only ten years old.
The last time I think we went running she was like I think eight years old and I don't know it was painful for both of us because she didn't really have the persistence to go on and so after five minutes it kind of was boring for her on the run.
There are those places where you can do exercises like push-ups or pull-ups and stuff on that route that I'm usually taking but nevertheless it got boring for her last time but today we went for a run again and she wanted to be with it you know she's heavily into gymnastics so she's actually very fit in terms of gymnastics I think she's very flexible but we noticed we noticed something on this run together and I have to say she did really really well. We completed it together one big round which is about I don't know maybe two kilometres or so not too much but we had five posts on the
run where we did different exercise I'm gonna tell you about this.
Stamina and strength and especially strength is very important for a gymnast and so it was certainly good we had five posts on the run.
