What is a golden stout? It’s a thing according to Tower Brewing hosts Mike and Evan, but “mouth feel” is also something they really think sounds unpretentious and cool. So, there’s no trusting them, really. You can trust the imperial, though. Find out how much in this episode of the Stoutcast podcast.

Good news/bad news: stouts are gaining in popularity,.. which means they also run out faster at brew fests. We ran into some old favorites that were new to others and some just plain new ones, including a white stout at the California Brewers Association Festival in Sacramento.
