We've been keeping a close eye on what's happening in Haiti. Tonight, we'll have a first-hand account of someone witnessing what's happening on the ground while she waits to get out.  

Georgia Judge Scott McAfee did not disqualify Fani Willis from the Trump election case. Late this afternoon, special prosecutor Nathan Wade resigned. We'll talk to a Georgia attorney and discuss how this will impact the case. 

An autistic California teen suffering from a mental crisis gets gunned down by police who were called to help. I'll talk to the  Director of Disability Justice Initiative from the Center for American Progress about what needs to be done to prevent tradies like this. 

And Six Massachusetts eighth-grade students are charged with threats to commit a crime after their Snapchat conversation was leaked.
