an unexpected $1100 auto repair bill gives me the opportunity to take action on finding another source of income, which is what I want to do anyway. It's an interesting representation of what I've said before about the idea of hoping to get fired from my job so I'll be forced to find something better. This unexpected bill is helping me to face the circumstances of where I find myself today, and show me how easy it is to take steps toward something more aligned with the life I'm trying to live.

how else do we become humble but by humiliating ourselves? Admitting we made a mistake, letting others know that we aren't perfect. It's one of the hardest things to do. But it is the path forward. I have a hard time admitting when I'm reacting out of fear/shame and often become attached to my reactions because it feels embarrassing to not commit, or to have to stop and admit that I'm actually not frustrated at what I said I was. It can be very complicated but in the end, leads me to the truth I want to be embodying.

a classic rant about capitalism and the predicament of global society that gives the majority of us two choices: submit to the powers that be or be overtaken by the powers that be. and that, my friends, is a false choice. By banding together and recognizing our power as individuals, we (like we see in the story of A Bug's Life) can create the third choice for all of us.

streaming my consciousness into this podcast is incredibly helpful to me and doing so 365 times will absolutely help me out. I do not find it appealing to commit to 365 days straight of podcasting, but instead I am committing to 365 future episodes of this podcast, this episode being the first of those 365. I never got to my point about the guy who did 365 days straight of podcasting but the original claim was that after uploading a podcast for 365 days in a row you will no longer have to worry about money. And after he did it he said that he still worries about money..but now it is problems like if he can afford to go on a $10,000 leadership retreat or not. 

Scarcity mindset is rearing its head in my life lately and I see it as an opportunity to address all the things that I previously would have simply ignored. It's easy to go a day without addressing your limiting beliefs, without acknowledging your despair, or without understanding your emotions. I am now attempting to do just that. A daily step into my aware mind.
