what actually makes me feel good? video games or practicing guitar? short-term or long-term pleasure? investing time into something or wasting time on something? is it all just about my perspective? what if it's loving myself or demeaning myself? loving others or withholding love from others? we obviously all have our reasons for doing things, but are we actually thinking about them? does my reason for not doing something NEW stem from the fact that I am not really thinking about the stuff I’m doing NOW?
