The 5th month on the Hebrew calendar is Shevat and starts Wednesday January 29 and is a month of accelerating and moving in vision. The Hebrew word “shevat” means to strike the ground. It is a month where we stretch ourselves in time, talent, treasure and testimony. The measure you use is measured to you.

Luke 6:38 reads, “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete (or use means to a fixed standard of measurement ) withal it shall be measured to you again.

What is the standard of measurement we are using to advance the kingdom! What is our faith levels to believe in the fullness and provision of God for this month. The strategy for Shevat is to remain in Him and live in His realms of prosperity. This month angels are released in earth to help you carry out the vision God has given you! Many times angels are referred to as horses and these are colored fire angels.

Zechariah 1:7-8 (KJV), “In the twenty-fourth day of the eleventh month, the month of Shebat, in the

second year of Darius, the word of the Lord came to the prophet Zechariah son of Berekiah, the son of

Iddo.During the night I had a vision, and there before me was a man mounted on a red horse. He was

standing among the myrtle trees in a ravine. Behind him were red, brown and white horses.”

God’s desire is for His land of Israel to be measured and covered by Him!

Zechariah 1:16-17 reads, “Therefore the Lord says this: “I will return to Jerusalem with compassion; My house will be built in it,” declares the Lord of armies, “and a measuring line will be stretched over Jerusalem.”’ Again, proclaim, saying, ‘This is what the Lord of armies says: “My cities will again overflow with prosperity, and the Lord will again comfort Zion and again choose Jerusalem.”’”

The measuring line of God is expansion in His protection and provision ! He covers us daily as He does Israel! Let us flow with prosperity in our families, business, ministry, churches etc. Let us draw a measuring line of giving everything to Him as we walk and strike the ground for the kingdom! Let our nations press on and strike until we live in the realm where faith and prosperity are a reality !
