In this episode we talk about baggage, every relationship has it. We share our experience in dealing with baggage and how we were able to pretty much digest all of it. Either as a couple or as individuals. It can be tricky at times and extremely difficult to face it, but without stripping it right down you will never be able to be totally true to yourself or your partner.
In our opinion a lot of people try to hide it from each other, which means your partner never really gets to know the real you. And in a lot of cases people try to even protect their baggage, because they think that it is their baggage that defines who they are.
