Breadcrumbs aren't a meal, Honey!
Today's final episode in this mini-series, Why Your Pain is Your Kink, is Part 3:
The Kink of Scarcity/Not Having Enough & patterns of scarcity (especially with love or money in your life)
How do you get to the root of always:
-feeling like you NEVER have enough (could be love, attention, nurturing or things like physical CASH in the bank, an overflow of money, limitless abundance, etc.)
-in a cycle of FEAST or FAMINE (you have a lot, but it's gone just as fast)
-barely scraping by or living off breadcrumbs (energetically or financially)
-drowning in panic or anxiety around "not having" (like how are you ever going to have a lasting, loving relationship or how will you pay your BILLS every month type-of-anxiousness)
-feeling resentment how others seem to have more so easily while you're feeling like you're constantly in a state of lack or loss?
How are you actually *getting off on it*, you KINKY little B*tch (hence, unconsciously recreating it again and again)!?
Lastly, how can you actually integrate this part of your shadow SO THAT you can break the pattern once and for all? (Yes, it's SO possible)
