Welcome to the Strive Seek Find podcast I’m your host Chance Whitmore.   We are living in times of heightened stress where even the most simple social interactions has the opportunity to go  poorly.   Add  sound bite culture and  and an over reliance of the echo chamber of social media to provide  us with news and  opinions and we have  a reactionary powder keg….. What do we do? Like most problems… Its easier to identify than solve.  Today we will identify some of the issues that lead to this experience and ways we can personally correct them.
