However, in 2018 life dealt her an unforgettable blow when faced with a physical and mental burnout so intense that it almost killer her. When the Specialists mentioned that she may not walk out of the hospital, she laughed thinking “Clearly they don't know me!” After 9 days hospitalised in quarantined isolation, she convinced them to let her leave. 3 months later she was completely recovered.
Jo has dedicated herself to sharing her 2MMshift method shaping the minds of those who want more and don't know how to get it. Driven by the commitment to donate 5% of her coaching income to her favourite charity in Cambodia - RAWImpact to give to those in need, the opportunities that we take for granted.
