You're probably wondering "why The Flour Pod!?", we were inspired by our regular coffee haunt, The Flour Pot Bakery, clever huh ;)
This week we chat about that well known problem, "knowing what to do but not doing it".
Setting realistic, achievable goals is key - don't set the bar too high or you may get discouraged and give up. Break big goals down into smaller milestones.
Focus on building sustainable habits and lifestyle changes rather than short-term fixes or diets. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
Mindset is just as important as the physical actions. Having the right mindset and addressing any self-doubt is critical.
Accountability and support from others helps you stick with it during motivation dips. Community is powerful.
