We’re back again with another coach interview! This guest is pursuing her Doctorate in Sport Psychology and uses these concepts to help build her athletes from the top down.

In doing so, she has created a powerhouse program in the California Junior College ranks, and leads the reigning NFCA Cal JC National Coaching Staff of the Year. She has coached and mentored multiple athletes with awards including All-American, All-State, All-Conference, and Academic All-American.

She also has incredible experiences as a Division I athlete and as an Olympian for the Venezuelan national team. She began playing internationally when she was just a teenager, eventually helping her team get to the 2008 Olympics, and she’s been advocating for and teaching the sport of softball ever since.
