Life is meant to be lived so today we’re diving into something that derails a lot of progress: social events in the summer — vacations, birthdays, barbecues, weekends at the lake, ball trips, girls’ nights… or whatever else you do in the summer
Which usually always leads to “I’ll get back on track Monday” over and over again which leads to you quitting and switching to “i’ll get back on track after summer”
And then the holidays come, then it’s New years resolutions again, then it’s spring break and trips and it’s a vicious cycle that never ends, year after year
And it never ends because you don’t know how to navigate through events.
Just know that there is always going to be summer, long weekends, parties, dinners, so you need to learn to get through it
