I don't know about you, but other than the repetitive prayers I learned as a child, I don't think I ever really "learned" how to pray. For me, it has been something that has evolved out of necessity, and through accessing many different resources as I grew in more maturity in my faith. 

So when I learned André Regnier, one of the founders of Catholic Christian Outreach had developed a resource called Learn to Pray, I knew we had to talk about it.
