During the Cold War, the television was coming to a majority of the households in America. Focusing on the period of time between the introduction of American involvement in the Vietnam War and the Tet Offensive in 1968, there was a shift in the media's portrayal of the war. Because of the new technology, the televised media had an immense power that led the opinions of America.
